Hehe fun don't order the wrong side(hand) cables...
If it looks bent replace the part.
Make sure the torqueamgiy still works ok to dampen the speed the tray drops at.
Those are still easy.
Messed up a 360 scanner setup.
Was not able to do it with two hands, needed help.

Paper loaded at the wrong end of the tray? Or paper loaded under the lift plate? I've seen both resulting in the slow motion, whirr whirr whirr ... (slower) whirr, whirr ... (slower) whirr ... snap, BOOM!

its been fixed for a while, i just ran into the pic and i wanted to share the 'cringe' moment with my CTN peers
was like 30 parts, everything was bent to bahjeebers on both sides.
it was kinda therapeutic though.
im in my 19th year in this biz, still diggin the challenges.
