I have a bizhub 754e giving me a jam code in cassette 4. There was paper behind the 4th paper cassette, but it was removed and all the paper was retrieved. The machine is still saying there is a jam but gives no error code and it was trouble reset multiple times but the message still appears.

Which sensor would you think it might be. I have examined the paper feed unit, but I don't see anything out of place. How would I print the error code sheet on this machine?Comment

Did you mention a jam code? I don't think so. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Try checking the connector on the back of the tray, sometimes paper will get stuffed inside the connector and cause this.Comment

I know your code is for tray 4 but check the reg roller auxiliary guide. There's a reflective mirror in the center just below the cleaning pad. It should be cleaned every call however, paper dust gets on in and it will show a jam after trouble resets and looking everywhere else.Comment
