    Problem with BHC 454

    When printing the paper rubs with these parts of the fuser and the strip producing friction in the image

      try checking/adjusting Fuser Transport speed under Machine in tech rep
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

              On thick stock even the roller marks remain on the prints with this model.

                  It's either fuser speed or the fuser itself may have a problem allowing the paper to slip and not be pulled fast enough.
