You made 20,000 copies overnight? I think you might have the wrong equipment for your needs. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I removed the transfer belt unit, you can clearly see some toner, and what looks like some kind of fuzz stuck between the wiper blade and the belt at the exact spots that the streaks are coming from. After I cleaned all that out and put back together it prints fine. However I let it sit overnight, the first copies out of the machine again show that streak...
I just read your post. Yes, you are right, Its the cleaning blade.Transfer belt unit cleaning blade. As you have mentioned it goes after making couple of prints/copies so its transfer belt's blade not black imaging unit or fusing. Fusing streaks are a bit different. If you have replaced it with new unit then your problem is solved.
