try firmware first here is the bulletin Error
Abort code CF907 and/or error code C6756. This may be indicated after MFP recovers from Sleep Mode.
Root Cause
Workaround/Fix
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Failed ErP board (PWB-DC assembly).
Check CN2 on ERPB for proper connection. Check CN2-1 and CN2-2 for 5V DC then check CN2-3 (Power monitor in) and CN2-4 (Power monitor out). If all voltages are present, replace the ERPB (p/n A161H00C02).
2. Possible loose connection/damaged wiring or failed board. To troubleshoot check the following in order, and after each step, verify that the symptom is still present.
a. Harness connection between CCDB and SCDB
b. Harness connection between CCDB and MFPB
c. Harness connection between SCDB and DCPU
d. Harness connection between SCDB and PRCBIf errors reoccur, please consider replacing the following boards in the order listed.
Might not be the issue here but I always turn off the sleep mode on the 4 series. Mostly for losing connection. You have to go into service mode first and "permit", than in admin mode turn off sleep mode.
Since you are asking I will assume you are not a tech so I cannot provide any info on how to enter service mode. Perhaps see if you can find the service manual online or you can google how to enter service mode. Beware! if not a tech you can do a lot of damage in the service mode so proceed with caution! You will also need the passwords to enter the admin & serv modes to make sleep changes.

Yeah same. Not waking up from sleep isn't a problem if it never goes to sleep.
You guys mean to turn off/disable sleep mode and leave only low power mode? Or entirely leave the machine in Ready state.
I hope not otherwise Fusers won't last longer.
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

You can't turn off energy save mode, only sleep mode. Machines would not be able to get Energy Star certification if it was able to be turned off. It used to be 240 mins max for Energy Star now it's 60 mins.
