Bizhub C452 address book back up

Hi all,

I want to back up a C452 address book of multiple SMB folders prior to a new install of an 8 series to save m setting them all up, however the option in admin tools to save to external memory device is not there.

I set SW 72 to HEX 04 to enable this option but it did not save.

My question is this option supported on the C452? maybe after a fw update?

only the 4 series and later you can do the 72-4

I bet you could do it with Pagescope Data Administrator, but not positive it will backup all the password info for the SMB one-touches.

pagescope data admin will transfer passwords.
