Is the 2nd tray added to the driver?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

Yes it is. We have removed and reinstalled driver. Rebooted everything. Tried different versions of drivers and it still refuses to print legal.

No errors it just prints on letter no matter what. Even if we take letter out and leave only legal it stops and says paper out and makes you put letter back in to print. We can choose legal from the driver, installed 4 different drivers, checked all paper tray settings and all correct at machine and in driver. Machine right next to it is exact same and prints perfectly fine on legal and even mixed sizes.

            Baffled

                  Interesting.
You always can try to clear all data. There is a tool to compare soft switch settings, you can use it to check between a good one and odd one just in case of some weird setting.
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
