    Konica C364 black screen

I am a Kyocera guy and we are geared toward them, we made a acquisition of a company that was mostly Kyocera but has some Minolta's. I have this machine with a black screen, I can hear motors running but other than that I get nothing. Anybody have any where I can start???

Thanks in advance for any help

Bad page memory can cause the black screen you describe. In most cases there are additional errors that you'll be able to view once you change the page memory. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Check if the network port lights up?
Does the start button light up?
      Whatever

Worth trying to update the firmware before you start ordering parts.

It's kinda 'shot in the dark' to attempt FW update with black(or blank) screen
On the other hand it may actually works.

            Good Day
            Dear
            I hope this contribution helps

            Remains Black screen
            Power is NOT supplied
            Contact failure of Option DIMM
            MFPB Failure
            Op Panel contact failure

            1.Check the power supply
            2. When the Option DIMM is installed, disconnect it and check if the machine boots up.
            3. Check the connector between MFPB- Operation Panel
            4. Replace the MFPB
            5. Replace the Op Panel cable
            6. Replace the Op panel unit

Worth a try as to update the firmware you dont need to press any keys etc start key will flash orange & turn blue when complete (assuming the panel is not totally dead)
