    Please can anyone tell me how to enter service mode on konica minolta c360i please

      Use magic button behind the panel. Then same as older models.

                      you can enter without pressing the keys behind.


                      Do as always, Counter can be found in Utilities.

                                      Not changed though has it?

                                      Service mode is the same as always and the only reason the buttons are on the back of the panel is to keep the front all smooth and modern looking!

                                          Please help with resetting the service mode code.
                                          I have a client with a 360i, previouse service company has changed the code.
                                          What is the procedure to reset or change the service mode code please.
