I have a C3350 and am having issues scanning to folder on Windows 10 Pro. I am wondering if this machine needs a more current firmware in order for it to scan to smbv2? I do have access to this version of firmware A3GN-0Y0-0050-G-002100. I am not too sure about KM firmware so a little help would be greatly appreciated.
