HI @all,

I just got the correct firmware files for the C3350 with SMBv2 Support.

Files are:
Sub-Controller: A3GN30G0803-899
Main- Controller: A3GN30GB883-W51
And you need Engine firmware Version [A3GN-0Y0-0050-G-00-1400] or later.

if controller FW is older than A3GN30G0206 there is an update you need to do first

Thanx @techxge for the firmware file.

Sadly I only got the Main- Firmware File "CntUpA3GN30GQ8C3-W51.prn"

For the Update there are three files needed.
1. Sub Firmware
2. Main Firmware
3. Engine Firmware

Can anyone please provide me with all the necessary files?

Hi Copytechnet Forum,

I just repaired my broken Konika-Minolta Bizhub C3350.
It was stuck on "Initialization- Screen".
After replacing the Mainboard it's working again...
Downside is the old Firmware of the board:

ROM-Version Controller A3GN30G0851-W99
ROM-Version Druckeinheit A3GN0Y00050G002100
Boot-ROM-Version A3GN99G0100-999
ROM-Version Panel A3GN02G0152-999
ROM-Version Scanner A3GN23G0102-999

Can't scann to NAS folder via SMB anymore because this firmware supports only old unsecure SMBv1 protocol.
Any chance that somebody can send me the newest firmware?
