    [CQ] Machine error f9 in bizhub 20

    Hello everyone please I have been facing some difficulty clearing this code f9 in bizhub 20 anyone with an idea please?

      Eprom customizing code error.

      Implement maintenance mode 74 completely
      If that fails replace main board.

      Also it needs a bath bad.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

              I'm still not sure if I'm looking at 1 machine sitting on top of the other (which may cause some issues) but the bath comment is spot on..If this machine has seen a tech in the last 3 years I'll eat my hat (or fire the tech)

                  Yes it been long up to 7 years am the second tech to work on it

                      A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
                      My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...
