    KONICA C1085 service code C-3101

    Hi,

    We have Konica c1085 machine that print a few sheet then service code C-3101 appear.
    We change fuser unit from another machine that working well. The same issue, it print few sheet then error code 3101.

    Any idea please.

          Thank you Synthonol for your help,
          We test pro by changing between our two machines and we find that issue is on DCDTB card.

          So we will try to repair it or need to be replaced by new one.

              Hi,
              We replaced DCDTB card by new one. Machine working for two day then the same issue c3101.

              Anyone can help?

                  Check main fuser connector (on the fusing unit and on the main body side).
                  Also check wirings from connector to PRCB,reseat connectors on PRCB.

                      The machine start normally and display setting, and few second after setting the error code appear.

                      So when we restart the machine and send a print order before the code appears. the machine prints normally then the code appears when the job is finished (about 50 SRA3 sheet), or when job is too long (more than 90 sheet) it stops for adjustment then the error code appear.

                          Are you sure this is the right model fuser? This is starting to sound like incorrect heating times, like you might get if the wrong lamps were in the fuser. =^..^=
                          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                              Yes we have exactly two of the same machine c1085. So we change fuser unit, the same issue, we change DCDTB card and the machine work normally for two day then the same issue c3101 occur. When try the card DCDTB on the other machine that work well, we have C3101 which cause the second card DCDTB is damaged too

                              Know we have two DCDTB card damaged and don't know wy?

                                  Hello,
                                  Did you check inlent roller on the fusing unit?
                                  Check that, maybe is broken.
