thanks yeah I'll try the PCL 6 version
Because now I'm thinking of it I think it started happening after we did some reinstalls after we had a power outage and our servers routers everything got messed up.
So I'll give that a shot and let you guys know thanks much.
Had this issue with one of my client. Downgrade the Acrobat Reader and Try.
Do you have more than 1 PC printing to it and all doing the same?
So you are using a print server?
Set the driver up p2p between 1 PC and the printer and check if that works.
More than one printer and all doing the same thing. I am using the PCL driver. But what I realises ain't think it matter is that the driver is saying 554 not 454,.
Dint know if that matters.

It only matters if you're trying to use Private Print or Job Accounting. The encryption password for each of the models is different. Otherwise it should work. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Try to print from Microsoft word documents, if it will be OK uninstall your adobe program than install new one
Good luck
Yep even from Word. I think we kind of figured it out. Might be the settings of paper in the tray.
Whether it's SEF, or LEF
And that was no matter how we changed it but last evening I tried it and it worked out from Adobe
