As Phil said, get yourself a manual. You can't expect to work on things if you don't have the proper reference materials. Until such time, here is what your code means: Error Codes > Konica-Minolta > bizhub C250 > Code C2558

Take black toner out and shake really well and put back in. Keep opening and closing front door until it resets. If not after a few minutes you should be able to go into service mode even with the code. See what the black toner % reading is?

it seems he doesn't EVER have a manual for anything.
Of course i have service manual but frequently in the field we are faceing problems that to fix not refered in manuals but in experience. that's i an asking
