Good point. If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Like mentioned print CMYK half-tones at 150 and post that. If there is poor image creation in the area where the sensors read the patches registration can fail.
Most of the time there is a P-code for the color causing the failure. P6 to P9.
If its only P21 with no other code then its not complaining about density. For that it needs to find the patch first.
How is the print if you do a demo page? Is the registration way out of wack?

Good luck then. Replace black drum at first and see how it goes. I would also check error history for any image related faults. If anything goes wrong export MML list to USB or print it. Would be helpful in later troubleshooting.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
