Bizhub C221 error code 3925

    [Error Code] Bizhub C221 error code 3925

    Hi all
    How do I reset c3925 error after removing the fuser unit of this machine to enable me remove the transfer belt but in the process a wire pulled out from the center temperature sensor plug jack harness located on the right side of the side door? I entered service mode input CE password, but could not find fuser reset. This copier control and display is different from other BIZHUB
    Please any ideas will be much appreciated

      it would be trouble reset not fuser reset.
      i dont think that model was sold in the US, i didnt see it in MKM anywhere.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          I think you will need Service manual if what Synt suggested don't work.

              If you have reconnected the wire run trouble reset.
