check level history 1, the atdc level must be waaay off.
    was it real c360 toner?
id run cyan halftone test pages on 11x17 until the level gets back where it belongs. (if possible)
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

What are exact cyan tcr readings atm? Clearly you overtoned developer unit and we don't know how much. Any error code? Remove cyan toner and then do some more halftone patterns at max density.

I guess I'll go out on a limb here ask the obvious question: Why did you add toner to the dev unit to begin with? By the comment that you added toner, I hope you don't mean that you just poured some in there.

              tsbservice,
I do not understand your explanation.

              Synthol,
I have already changed with another drum unit for c280 and also changed the developer unit for c280 too but the problem persists.

              Femaster,
Before I had concerns where the cyan density level is the cause of the addition of cyan toner in the cyan developer unit.

I think you all have this topic thoroughly covered.

Clearly toner density is running about 50%, and the excess will continue to feed off onto copies until it settles down to ~4%. From what I've read of your posts Mahery, you will not be able to fix this machine yourself. You don't even understand the basic industry terminology.

Please take my advice: Have a professional look at it before you find a way to do some more expensive damage. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
