This device issues the FD-76 error once a month. There is no description of this error in the service manual. I updated the firmware a few months ago. Any ideas?

This was posted in 2020. There have been 9 firmware updates since then
C-6106 is displayed as C-FD76.
"CAUSE: Firmware requires updating.
"SOLUTION: Install firmware version G00-X4 or newer. The latest version firmware is available for download via One Stop Product Support.
