AccurioPrint 2100 feeding rollers

Hello colleagues, I would like to consult your experience with the rubber wheels that the AccurioPrint 2100 has on the paper feeders, which are the same as the PRO1100. In theory they should last about 500,000 feedings but, although I did not expect that as a joke, with 83,000 they are already smooth and without drawing. How long do they usually last before feeding problems?

cheap paper or NCR paper will kill rollers real fast.
is there an adjustment for sep roller pressure? see if you kick it down a notch if it jams, if not you likely bought more time.
ive seen techs over adjust the sep pressure thinking more is better but it will wear the rollers faster as well.

Thanks for the answer, but I wasn't going into problems arising from the special paper or adjustments to improve possible jams, but simply how long on average do the wheels on these models last with normal paper and use before they start to stop catching paper well and jam.

on any production machine im surprised if rollers last over 80k, even less if 11x17/A3 is used
seemed to do better with coated stock though but who can afford that! rollers are a cheap insurance policy against callbacks.
MFPs im thrilled when i got 60k.

I run a 2100 with high capacity trays. My tech replaced all the rollers (5 trays) when we hit 1.200.000 clicks, but we didn't have any jam yet because of worn rollers. We use all the trays, letting the printer run out of paper, so I guess each roller has around 300.000 clicks on it (around 150.000 sheets as we print double side)

We only print A4 80gr...

I use orange rollers that I think that was used in the old c6501 for special stock . I use them in pro 1100, cant say how long they last because I really don't look at count I just replace them when they are worn out. I can say that they last much longer than the grey rubber rollers. Part number I use for feed roller is A08R562201 and the separation roller part number is A08R562101. I use the the original pickup roller
