    [Misc] Konica 308e A4R copy/scan problem

    Hi everyone

A client of mine with a Konica 308e signals me with a decidedly anomalous problem.

When it makes a copy/scan in A4R they are completely moved.
I checked the user settings and there is nothing out of place do you have any suggestions?

    see attached photos

1, make sure A4 shows up on the screen as the detected size.
2, use the square box calibration page on the feeder for stop position adjustment.
3, ( should have been first) make sure the copies off the glass are centered/registered properly, then see #1
    4, Good Luck.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

With Konica Minolta we only deal with used printers and arrive without this sheet.
I proceed with the order of the calibration sheet then I try with the suggestions above.

What about a4r from platen glass?
If that's ok i would suggest doing adf recalibration as Synthohol mentioned.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
