    Removing papercut

A customer full server is down and they want papercut to be removed off some MFP in different areas so they can copy due to papercut not being able to connect to the internet, it is not functionable right now. Any easier way to disable papercut on Konica's other then doing a fully wipe? I know Kyocera there is a toggle on the MFP but not finding anything on the Konica's ATM

They also made the mistake of putting papercut server access on the main print sever and with all that down they have no access to the Web interface for papercut. LOL

      Turn off user authentication.

press access then when your at the normal user authentication login screen enter admin mode.

if it keeps taking you back to papercut screen to quickly unplug network cable

other option is to remove papercut with the openAPI manager software

Depending on the model you can use the Admin Menu to get into Open API setitngs and restrict any installed app from starting and I believe you can remove any OPen API apps here as well. We have this happen when equipment is returned to us and the license was not removed.

Good evening can you send me the Konica OpenApi management tool. I can't completely remove PaperCut on my Konica C224 and C258 machines. I have done all the steps: removing the device on the PaperCut server, erasing all data and formatting the HDD but still when I launch the LRS management software it tells me that PaperCut is on it. I'm out of ideas and I can't find the OpenApi manager tool on the Konica website.

I had an i-series that the customers license for papercut had expired and they didn't remove from papercut server before it did. All I had to to to remove it from machine is to do a format of storage board in admin mode.
