bizhub 550i erro C163

Dear all,
I have bh 550i, after upgrade wrong fw, the fw fw0025, then after reboot, the machine error c163
I follow some guide on the forum, fix machine type (13-A) then re up FW, after serveral reboot, the machine still get error C163
How could i solve this issue, thank you
PS: i also login in service mode, and check FW detail:
There are some item with FW0025, some with FW0026, is there normal
My solution is:
1. i also format cpu and recovery, but no luck
2. is there possible to clear blank mdf board to restore the correct fw

There must be something more than your history...
If the machine does not find the right directory on the USB flash drive, it will not start the firmware upgrade - it will boot as usual.

So... You didn't have the right software and renamed the directory hoping everything would be fine or you've made a mess in other ways by swapping boards between models or mixing cables.

I didn't think it was possible to load the wrong FW, as jotunn said, it will just reboot as normal.....so what have you done

All board still on the machine, i did not change anything, also FW still for 500i (FW0026), i only can be boot the machine with (FW0025)

Which 550i do you have , with or without memory board, as they both take different FW - although as far as I know, your device should select the correct one

It is not possible to update the wrong firmware. Have you tried updating the firmware again with another USB pen ?

The 550i without the A800 memory board will use the FW0025 firmware. The latest version is AC740Y0-F231-G00-RB.exe. Before writing the firmware to the copier I recommend checking the machine type info. Check your serial number against this table and set it accordingly:

First four digits of the serial number	AC74	ADXP	AC75	ADXR	AC76	ADXT
[Machine]	13	19	13	19	13	19
[Type]	C	C	A	A	0	0

Once you have the firmware on the machine and the machine type set, enter service mode and verify the serial number is set correctly. Finally reboot. Does the error come back after those 3 items match?

Well, they aren't wrong, that is the firmware to use if you have the A800 memory board installed. I do not have a way of sending it to you. If you follow copier tech's link above he can send you a copy.
