Would anyone have a copy of the installation manual for the additional paper tray PF-P20 (Or PF-P21).

For the love of me I can't find it on Knova. Assume they just come with a new tray. Have a used tray we can't seem to get to work and I'm sure/hopeful its something simple or stupid!

Can't you use the P21 or P25 install manuals? Should be the same? They are available on Kon/Min dealer website. I have these instructions if you need them.

So it turns out there is nothing to be done, other than fitting the tray. I was hoping a software switch needed enabled or something. Will need to check the plugs, wiring now! ?

you did plug in the wire harness right?
ive seen this overlooked too many times.

Maybe option isn't exactly compatible with your machine. Konica has an history with that and many techs fell in that trap. I would triple check config guide before doing something fancy ?

It goes Machine -> PFP20 -> PFP22 -> DK-P04
or Machine -> PFP21 -> PFP25 -> DKP05

PF-P21 compatibility.

After going through the initial setup process, the printer needs to be connected to the network and perform the setup wizard. This is required to make the PF-P21 work. By doing this procedure the printer will then connect to the server and do the necessary update. Once completed PF-P21 will be recognized.
