Just want to confirm that the reset tool "a789be.tar" is common for every colour 8 series ? or there is separate tool for every model?

The error was C-D011 Sata controller.
HDD replaced but still same. then tried disabling the HDD, again C-D072 error code. When HDD enabled machine freezes after sometime.

I have those firmwares for repairing sata controller errors but machine is not taking firmware. No error shows machine just starts normally.

this problem can be solved by update SATA FW. CD011 . the fw is different from machine fw .

its not the hdd or mfp board problem .

Machine may not like your usb stick, try using different usb stick or format it with the hp formatter tool. HP formatter tool can be found on Konica Minolta site or I can email it to you
