    is that a question?
    where's the sample pic?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

FYI, there are some great techs on this forum but none are mind readers! Besides providing pics how about some other details like meter count, consumable life counts & what you have done so far? This will help get you help much faster.

Hi jip sorry used to the old site where you type key words and possable solutions came up
            Nevertheless
Consumables on the c658 are original average of 50%life on all drums and dev and transfer belt and roller I have adjusted fuser temp and speed and transfer voltage strange enough on A4 bond the spots are not there but appear on A3 bond and thick2 Matt
            This is on all cmyk
Image on transfer belt is perfect
But once transferred it shows white spots so I stopped transfer roller from another mc same thing happens
Humidity in mc is at 12 true Humidity is at 2 inside temp 26 degrees C
I wiltry and upload a image

Did you tried Charge AC Output fine adjustment, Primary transfer adj. and 2nd Transfer Adj.

But you've said image on ITB is perfect... apparently not so much.

Your problem could still be with the 2nd transfer roller though, the new itb could just be masking it for now. As tsbservice mentioned, Image Process->Transfer Voltage Fine Adj->2nd Transfer Adj

Hi ok if you read my post i stated that i have adjusted transfer voltages and that it only appears on A3 and Thick 2 Matt paper i also changed the transfer roller, not have much this did not have much effect on the spots
therefore after changing the itb it solved the problem propebly some thing to do with charge on long transfer and thick transfer
thnks for all your possitive feedback
