    BH654e / Double Image / Text Double Printed

    Hi Folks ,

    Text get repeated when print text . Like a slightly delay in paper feeding caused the text printed on same area twice .

    Replaced ITB and Feeding Unit .

    Problem still not solved , what's other part should i look for ?

          Check drum to magnetic brush spacers.

            Is the defect in same place every page? Have you checked the reg roller to make sure it turns freely? What about when feeding paper in different direction or different paper drawer?

              yes defect same area in all pages .
              reg roller turn freely , cleaned paper dust .
              but still remain .

                  if you set it to thick 1 or 2 does it still do it?
                  check the one ways on the exit unit, ive seen the needle bearings slip then grab and jerk the paper still in the fuser.
                  it may be hard but can you open the door before that portion goes into the fuser to eliminate the fuser drive as a cause. (if blurb is on ITB before paper hits fuser.)

                  We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
                  The medication helps though...
