[Error Code] C458 - P-6 and P-21 after replacing Fusing Drive Unit

Long story short, Got a printer who kept throwing C2152. Turns out the plastic that was holding the hinge in Fusing Drive Unit snapped. Replacing this part itself is complicated as it involves dissasembling parts and disconnecting several cables in order to remove Fusing Drive. After replacing it, i had to check few times if i didn't forgot to reconnect the cables back to it's original place. After few trials and errors, C2152 is now gone and now i'm stuck at situation, where printer keeps throwing out p6 and p-21 after initializing and stabilising.

I've already tried swapping drums and transfer belt. No change. I double checked every cable if it wasn't disconnected or not seated properly. If anyone has any ideas what's causing it. let me know.

with the toner just falling off the belt on to the ITB sensors codes can be expected.

Hi, your initial problem pointed to ITB and now from samples and errors I think it's still there.
What are drums and devs conditions? I suspect yellow dev unit dumped from developer and overtonned.

No issues with drum or developer before fusing drive broke. I suspect it could be the connector being put in wrong place, which can cause unforseen consequences. I'll redo the cables tomorrow and i'll let you know if i did screw up.

P6 would appear to be cyan drum/developer - P21 is clearly due to the pattern not printing correctly. I'd double check every connector you've had to remove, and then check any connectors that may have come apart. I can't remember if you have to open up/move the MFPB, but when you do - quite often the connectors on the expansion board become loose/detached

you didnt mention if you did a background data reset and stabilize and attempted full gradation adjustments.

That would be foolish if i didn't perform that procedure after swapping transfer belt. I mentioned at the end of 1st comment but it's normal to ask about that.

Issue solved. Turns out i was right about messing up cables. When disconnecting three cables from PC Motors (M2) and Transport Motor (M1), when you open PWB Box, make sure that you connect them the same way it was before. If you mix up and put the cables in the wrong order, the printer will throw up various errors and you will spend hours troubleshooting the cause.

The manual does not specify that you have to put cables back to their respective place. they all have the same connector so it is a good idea to replace fusing drive without disconnecting Motors. Or mark them so you know which cable goes to where.

                    Good you found problem.
Usually the connectors are just long enough to reach or different size/color. Very unusal that an identical connector could reach a different motor, board etc.
