    Very Old BH-350 with DF-605 ADF

    I donated years ago to a nonprofit organization, a Bizhub-350 mono MFP. The machine has very little on the clock, so for them still of real value. Now it developed an annoying problem which I myself have never seen by this generation before. Copying from the platen is perfect, but when using the ADF the printout moves around 5 cm sidewards in the scan direction. See attachment.

    Any idea what could be the cause?

      calibrate the ADF in service mode with the black box chart.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          Yes, I recall seeing about that somewhere, but could not find in the DF-605 Installation Manual nor the tech manual anything about it. Thought it was for the later generations.

              Hi, Attached are a few things I found in my old notes. Might not be exactly what is happening in your case but would still keep the BCRS board in mind. *FYI the BCRS board is different between 200/250 and the 350

                      Hans, I have several Biz 200 series with good DF605 getting closer to the door to throw into dumpster. Let me know if you need anything from them. Also may have a 350 if you need the BCRS board.
