C300i LOW TONER

hi, I have a km c300i in the field, it says "replace all the bk,m,c,y toners soon.
the toner cartridges are almost full, the machine initially showed c2557, the black ATDC value was 0.3, the c,m,y values 6.5
I tried to force load the black toner without success.
the toner in the hopper of the three colors c,m,y is full but in the d.u. It doesn't seem to load. do you have a suggestion? Thank you

check the sub hopper full photo sensors, They are probably blocked by leaked toner. remove sub hopper assy. and clean them.

see attached , also check the toner bottle itself . I have had customers not pull off the tape properly and stopping toner bottle from adding toner
