    C458 w/ PC-415 dogear

    Greetings Programs...
I have a C458 with a PC415 supertray that is dogear-ing the leading edge on the rear side of the machine and I cant figure out the cause.
I'm hoping some of you Froods out there can offer a suggestion
    Thanks!

ive seen plenty of hairline splits on the mylar at the edge of the tray cause that.
have you stopped it every few inches each time to see when it happens?
if no mylar maybe a small paper fragment in the feed section itself?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

There was a burr on the back edge of the Mylar where it meets the top of the drawer. One pass with a nail file and 100 sheets paper passage test seems to have done the trick.
        Thanks again!

Glad to hear it's fixed but keep in mind to also check the rear cable, they pop off if the damper is bad and lift tray bangs down when you open drawer. When this happens the paper lifts but rear side is slightly lower and will dog ear corner of paper

Thanks Copyman! That was the first thing I looked at. It was only after I asked this question that I found this thread:
