    bizhub C3321i error C5372

    Hello,

    One brand new C3321i sometimes displayed C5372 error code, especially on night time. When customer come back office and ON/OFF machine again it work normally.
    I can't find this code on service call menu, how about this error code?

      Hello,
      Recheck the service manual.
      It's a CPU temperature failure. so it might be the CPU cooling fan, the CPU board or the Base board.

              This error is related to the CPU overheating.
              The latest firmware for this machine (RB) provides a new soft switch that makes the cooling fan run constantly to keep the CPU cool.
              It means more noise from the fan in the machine but should resolve the overheating problem.

                                1. Optimize the voltage applied to the CPU and reduce the heat generated by the CPU.

                                3. Cautions and Restrictions

                                *This special FW only updates the Power Control CPU2 FW in the CPU board.

                                After updating the FW, please check the version of “Power Control CPU2” is updated in service mode.

                                *If turning OFF the main power during the FW update, the machine won’t boot up. CPU board must be replaced.

                                Please make sure not to turn OFF the main power during the FW update.

                                4. How to install

                                * USB stick

                                * Remote FW update using such as WWRSPF and Fleet RMM, etc.
