BH 808 finisher jam 72-18

FS-536 finisher. It will run 10-15 pages then jam at the finisher entrance rollers. J code 72-18. It never gets past the entrance rollers when it jams. Anyone seen this?

is it getting hung up on a torn black mylar (#4) in the enterance guide?

Negative. Only about 400k on this one. I did go ahead and remove that mylar though. That thing is useless.

Is the ru unit warped enough yet to separate the conveyance rollers?

Havent seen that yet but I did move the finisher to a different machine and it did the same thing.

Update: I replaced all the metal and plastic entrance guides as well as the Finisher board. Ran 1000 pages and it never jammed.
