Here's a link to the service manual which covers replacing the fuser unit.

I think this C654 video is the same fuser or very similar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7gbOfEGZWw

Yes, I have already seen that video, it is very similar, but no, that fuser does not have pressure like the one on the 958, on the 958 that is different

        Thanks.

I doubt you will find anything specifically for the 958 fuser rebuild. Just take apart while video taping or take pics. Lay all parts with screws in order they are removed and reverse when re-assembling. Best of luck

Konica Minolta does not intend these fusers to be disassembled. I do not doubt your skills, but there will be no sanctioned manufacturers procedure. You'll have to figure it out for yourself. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I look at rebuilding any fuser, etc this way, if they sell aftermarket parts for it then it can be rebuilt. Also if a human built it I can rebuild it.
