Bizhub C253 C-D010

Problem: printer konica C253, error C-D010 when loading. I bought a new HDD, the same. Nothing has changed, the error is the same.
I'm unable to go into the service mode the normal way. The counter screen won't come up.
Please help.

try booting in service mode by turning on the machine with the yellow key pressed down.

Even with that error you should be able to get into service mode the regular way. Might take a while but eventually it will let you in. Then you will have to format hard drive. First I would try a logical format, if that don't work do the physical format but it will take hours. I usually let it format overnight if in my shop.

I can't enter service mode. Through:
1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
it doesn't work, the printer doesn't boot, hangs on the clock.

I heard that there is a special utility to fix boot problems.

I've bought a new hdd but i can not get into the service mode to format the new hdd. It shows the error Code C-D010, but there is no normal way to get into the service mode. Trouble reset doesn't work either, because it stops at the KM Logo screen. So I wanna try to flash the newest firmware available per SD Card first.
Can anyone send me the firmware and the toolkit for the Bizhub C253?

Hello. I cleared the NVRAM memory and got a planet parade on the display. I read on the forum that it is necessary to flash the printer. Can anyone share the firmware for the konica C253?

Set soft switch 10 to hex 02, which will brand the Machine as a Konica Minolta. The reason you are seeing that is because the machine doesn't have a brand right now, it is set on hex 00, which is "generic".

Use trouble reset mode to get into service mode. Its been a long time but if i remember correctly that model requires you to hold the Utility/Counter button while turning the power switch on to get there.
