dont do that, fierys should be shut down properly through its interface or CWS not just unplugged/shut off.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Correct, the fiery does not turn off, it only turns off if I turn it off manually, I want it to turn off automatically through its interface or CWS

It is not DIPSW. It is within the Fiery settings. power synchronization

You dont want to turn on power synchronization. If the customer turns the machine off and they dont wait for the fiery to shut completely down before turning machine back on it can corrupt the fiery and you will have to reload fiery firmware and possibly replace the fiery hard drive.

I want to activate synchronization but I can't find where. I've already searched in configure almost everywhere and I can't see, could you tell me where it is?

              thanks

All Fierys don't have that option. If you have one with the power sync option you web into the fiery then click on the Configure tab after that click on the launch configure button . The power synchronization choice is on this page.
