Can you post more information to your solution? I am not using ARM but x64. Since the Windows 24H2 update has deployed to my Windows 11 devices when they use applications like Adobe Reader or any of the Microsoft Office Suite products the applications cannot find the network printers that use account track and crash. They can print to other network printers not using this driver. If I turn off account track and install a V4 universal driver printing works fine, but I can't get account track to work on the V4 driver. I had been using Konica's PCL driver for years. It's last update was in 2021, unless I missed something. I have downloaded 11/5/2024 27.91 MB KM v4UPD_UniversalDriver_PCL_2.4.0.1_ISD_00.exe. I'm testing on a 750i. There is an Admin Config screen in the preferences that has an account track section but I'm not sure what to select here.
