Code: C3101 displayed on a Konica Minolta bizhub C658. Have checked fuser unit and it appears to be in good shape. Planning on checking PS38 sensor next. Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.

do you know if the fuser is turning and initializing?
check M11 fuser pressure motor.
try load check for the motor. 45-6 and 45-7
boot into service mode with the side door open and get to load check before closing the door then try45 1
