Unable to print UPS labels (specifically)

SOLVED: Ditched the v4 driver and reinstalled the v3 PCL6 driver. All is good.

I'm starting to think my copier is possessed. lol
In the past couple weeks, my 364e has suddenly refused to print UPS shipping labels. I mean, specifically, only UPS labels. I can print FedEx or USPS labels without any issue. It's only UPS labels that won't print. It makes no difference if the label is in PDF or any sort of image format, nor does it matter what program I print from. When I send the job to the printer, it flashes up in the windows print queue for a moment, then just disappears. The copier totally ignores it. It's almost like it's seeing something in that label that it thinks is money or something and is blocking it as disallowed.
I've searched here and on the web in general, and found nothing like this. Anyone ever encountered anything of the sort?!

I would first update the firmware then update to the latest driver.

I know I'm on the latest drivers (just installed new ones recently with Win11), and I think I'm on the latest firmware as well. This is an older machine, so I don't believe there's been a new one for a while, and I recall doing a FW update when I got it a couple years ago. How would I check the FW?

is there a check box in the driver somewhere for print as image?

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

Not that I see. This new driver is flashy, but doesn't have the options of the previous one. Typical Windows 11.

Those are the strange run-in-user-space v4 drivers. As long as you don't have a PC with an ARM CPU I would avoid them and use the V3 universal ones instead. Does your job show up on the log on the copier? If so does it say "error deletion"? Do you have account track or user authentication turned on?
Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

If I helped you out, please give me a thumbs up! It helps my reputation.

I thought there was something fishy about those drivers! I'll try the v3 drivers and see if that's better, thanks!
No, the jobs never make it to the job list on the copier. I don't have acct track on, not sure about user auth, but I think not.

BINGO! Ditched that freaky v4 driver and installed the v3 PCL6 UPD. All is right with the world. I have all my settings back, and I can print flippin' UPS labels again!
Thanks so much for all your expert advice and patience, as always. This community is amazing.
