    C554 fuser cleaning rollers, update

Well this post is follow up to my recent post regarding fuser cleaning rollers. The reason I asked about removing them is I was going on a call for 3102 code (fuser not turning). I was going to remove cl rolls while there regardless. I was surprised to find what I did (see pics). Been using these aftermarket rollers for years and never saw this before. This is a good reason fuser was locked up and throwing code, haha. Of course customer said it wasn't making any noise!
Moving forward I'm going to remove the fuser cleaning rollers. It was a poor design and always ended up making noise from bushing & bearings wearing.

i like how the shaft wore through the bushing and frame.

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Looks like it could use a new aftermarket fuser belt and orange fusing roller.
