    Bizhub c650i faded k

Hello.... I have a c650i and the k is super faded. sample attached at 180 in halftone pattern* test mode.

The machine has not thrown 1 code, or 1 warning.

    steps at this point:
replaced k drum, k dv, k toner, transfer belt, laser unit, the hopper, hv unit as well as dc power supply because why the hell not.
I have marked the gears on dv unit they are driving. the drum is as well. The colors ymc are coming out properly?
The meter sheet prints out, but sort of faded. I have been working on km for 23 years.... this is really angering as what else can it be? I by know means am a shot gunner of parts (except the dc power supply) I have replaced each item separately so as the answer is apparent. the firmware is up to date.
I have stopped the all k test page as it enters fuser. pulled the belt and there barley is an image. I pull the k drum and it as well has almost no image. I have not tried the base board?
I have attached some level histories as well. It appears k voltages are wayyy high but according to the manual its at the upper of the threshold as far as the table is concerned.
atdc of k is at 6 and never really drops? any help will be greatly appreciated!

have you done a background data reset and stabilize followed by scanning all 9-12 gradation sheets?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Have you tried another pair of IDCS? They can read wrong patches on belt and tell machine to increase K voltages. I would love to know what is it cause had one similar and never forget how bad it was 🤣

Another idea you can try EXCB.

Try checking this , I've seen this turned on causing light config and meter pages

[Toner Save] Select whether to save toner consumption by reducing the printing density (default: [OFF]).

Yeah I have seen this a couple of times but not on internal halftone pages.
I believe the problem is something else causing abnormal high K voltages.

I have a similar situation, but almost no image transfer and the problem is M, not K. I Swapped what you have + Expansion control board with the same result.
It all points to a Mainboard issue.
