    kmb c250i toner can be rub off

    hello guys . customer c250i having this issue . is it the fuser unit problem . i did change lower pressure roller and sleeve . still having this issue . any solution ？

      Konicaminolta had some problem with infrared temperature sensor of this fuser unit.
      You can try workaround FW G00-Q8 (or later) + Engine DipSW 43 Temp +5/+10°C.

          I would be replacing the fuser before anything else.

              Replace fuser to new style update firmware to latest. Change engine switches.

                          I have to ask an obvious question: What kind of media is it (gsm), and what is the tray set to? =^..^=
                          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                              engine switch 35 set ON. Sometimes works but otherwise new fuser.
