Paper jam fuser entrance Bizhub 223

    Hi,
We have a problem with this copier, the paper is curling right at the entrance of the user(as in picture),no matter if it is A3 or A4(tray 1,tray 2 or manual same thing). We changed the whole registration assembly, we change the fuser, same thing.
We need help with this thing please...

go into service mode, system 2 and enable jam codes.
    pics unfortunately dont help.
jam codes help if you are a tech you should know this.

or you can go into counter and tell us the most prevalent jam code(s).
you should enable them anyway, nothing worse than a customer calling in sayin "its jamming at 3" thats no help.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

In your picture looks like the paper went all the way through to the exit section. In it the exit roller are driven by belt. is it on?

There is a millar under registration section you may put it wrong place. Does it jam single sided?

the exit roller gear uses a one way bearing gear and on a machine as old as that one id soak the gear in IPA and scuff the shaft with emery cloth/fine sandpaper where the needle bearings ride and use IPA to clean the metal dust before reassembly.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Clean or replace the registration clutch ( Without removing I spray electronic cleaner on clutch and spin while blowing out with canned air)

Also check PS3 (exit sensor) & PS1 (registration sensor)

Just about everytime I've had that problem, it's been the transfer roller - I can't explain how, or why, the C203 was really bad at it, it skipped a few generations, now it's happening on a couple of iSeries devices, it appears to be just going into the fuser, but if there's no print on the paper, it hasn't gone through the 2nd transfer correctly, i know, mono devices don't have a 2nd transfer. The paper seems to stop at the transfer roller, then when you open the door, because the paper has "sprung up" it looks like the issue is at the fuser....but it's not, because the page is blank. I've had it, "fixed" by replacing the transfer roller, then sometimes it comes back 6 months later, sometimes, not at all, I've re-used the original transfer roller in another device, with no further problems,
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

Good to know. When I've had blank sheets jam on that model it was from the reg clutch not stopping to sync paper with drum.

This is the weird part of it...We changed the whole registration assembly, including of course transfer roller(we move it from a working machine 363 wich are the same), we changed the fuser... same thing.
