    c3101 konica minola bizhub 368e

ok well its been a week or so of broken stuff.. lol I appreciate this forum
c3101 on a bizhub 368e it tries to warm up then makes a funny noise then shuts down. so first I replaced the fuser. just thought that would be it. nope
so the manual says m11 then the mfpb any thoughts on where to go first? I will see the replacent of the motor first. looks complicated
just was curious what people were finding out on this code thank you all

you may have a bind in the fuser drive assembly. There is instruction in the manual on how to remove the fuser drive assembly. there is a gear on the fuser drive assembly that also drives the transfer belt. If the fuser drive has been recently removed its possible that it has been installed incorrectly .
I wouldn't replace just the fuser drive motor , I would replace the entire fuser drive assembly. Like I said before just pay close attention on how it comes out.

Ch the white plastic piece is not broke. It's the piece the door pushes in to release drive. If it is you will need to replace it. Unfortunately you have to remove the drive assy to replace the lever.

fixed. I could have seen it the other day if I would have taken the back 3 covers off and seen the motor. a wire was pulled out. simple lol
if I could post pics I would but the black wire on the sep motor pulled apart some how. very rare and odd. I don't see that very often but its fixed yay and thanks everyone

I tried to put a picture above. I have no idea why the ground wire broke on that wiring harness, but it certainly did it kind of caught me off guard but now it’s fixed.
