    c458 white spots on print

    Hi guys
    Shadows or white spots appear on the prints . what may it be ?

    Did you do test prints for each color in service mode? It's probably a worn out black drum but color test prints of each color should help narrow it down.

      If it's happening on all colors I would suspect transfer belt. What are consumable life counters? If just one color then look at drum, dev unit. Also aftermarket toner can cause some weird issues like that.

        Try these test patterns:

        Personally, I think you'll find the cyan developer de-toned.

        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Mean time made some test prints and results are on file,also reprinted a work I had on a thicker paper and again,the spots appear

                If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
