    C308 spots?

    Hi,

Anyone ever see a halftone test sheet like the attached? Only happening on black halftone test, CYM are fine. Tried new K drum didn't help. Developer is good and not depeleted. Regular color & mono prints look ok. Thanks in advance

Looks like K dev unit has been contaminated with bad, likely knockoff toner.

edit: check the end cap on the toner bottle if it's sharktooth/wavy - I've had a lot of issues with those.

to me looks like the 1st transfer roller for black fell out of its little holder inside the belt and not enough pressure on one side?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

Thanks for the replies, I was going to return with a K dev unit and transfer belt. What's weird is the demo page and regular prints are fine.

+1 for bad toner. What's K tcr value?

Genuine toner, all tcr values within range, around 6.5

You said you already changed the drum, but it looks very similar to what I had a month ago with a BH-C-280, and it turned out to be the K-drum.
