    Konica Minolta Bizhub C3300i

I need help. I have 3 of these KM Bizhub C300i that are giving me this error message, "An internal Error has occurred. Error will be cleared automatically." This message always appears. I am also having an issue where the printer says the Yellow toner is empty, and I have tried 2 brand new toners and it still says empty.

    Thanks!

If I had to wager, you have bad image units where the developer has settled at the bottom of the unit so the sensor is getting an inaccurate reading. I can almost guarantee that is the problem with the one with Yellow toner issues. This is a known issue with these small models.

I have to assume you are not a tech, so my advice would be to call in a tech for help, as this could get VERY expensive you just start throwing parts at it.

My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

What do you think about the internal error? I'm getting this error on 4 of these printers all over the district.

Like femaster said. Call a KM tech. Having a lot of these POC by itself tells me you may end up with a lot of wonderful results and financial fiasco too.

That's the generic error it just shows on the screen. You need the REAL error and the service manual (and maybe firmware) to actually get somewhere with it. Seriously though, call a KM tech. These tiny machines get really expensive really really fast. This is not something you are going to want to trial-and-error fix.

Enter CE mode & check the service call history, here will tell you what error the device is trying to clear, most likely a depleted yellow developer unit.

Also check the TNR % of all colours, they should be around 6.5%
