[Error Code] Bizhub C750i C-D010

Problem: There was an unexpected power outage, which resulted in the device displaying the error code C-D010.
I'm unable to go into the service mode the normal way. The counter screen won't come up.
I need fo flash? If yes how to get the file and hot to enter in service mode?

The power outage could have unset the storage board. Hold down the little button on the back of the control panel while powering on the machine . When you see trouble reset DONT push it, Instead use keypad to enter service mode and go to system 2 and set storage type to Storage not micro sd.
If it is already set to storage the you will need to format and maybe replace the storage board
