    bizhub 458e touch panel lock

    Hello everyone, good morning
I would like to ask if anyone has had this problem.
When I turn on my Buizhub 458e the touch panel does not respond, the off keys do but the touch pad does not respond.
I don't know if it has to do with the firmware, this is the one I have F000-GC1-V8

Sounds like the Touch screen Digitizer has packed in.

You can try updating firmware but possible the touch screen is bad.

GC1-V8 is special firmware from 2020. The latest regular base firmware is FW AA6R0Y0-F000-GCR-Y2 from 07/24

        Good morning.
Thank you very much for the answers.
Regarding the first one, it was the first thing I tried, I exchanged it for another panel and it remained the same.
Regarding the second one, thank you very much, I'm going to try it and I'll tell you in a few days.

Thank you very much for the answers.

I've had a few of these 8 series, mostly the C-458s for some reason, do the same thing. It ends up being a bad hard drive. It usually starts by the customer having to turn the machine off and on repeatedly for the screen to start responding. Then it will stop altogether.

There is also a reset/recovery firmware you could try if HDD is ok. Please consider making a small donation to this website. Best of luck

              Hello good morning.
For now it seems to be working with the firmware I tried but the HDD thing has its logic so if it fails again I will go down that path.
              Thank you all very much
