    Printing problem ineo 300i

Hello friends, I have a Develop ineo+ 300i printer. I’ve fixed all the functions with your help, but one problem remains.
As you can see in the picture I attached to the topic, during color printing, part of the paper stays grayish like this. This also happens in black-and-white printing. How can I fix this?

Looks like all 4 colours to me which would indicate a secondary transfer problem, I would check the transfer roller and go from there. Is the paper fed landscape or portrait?

How you solved your previous thread?
Don't you think it's responsible to follow up your own thread with proper resolution?

Both in horizontal and vertical printing, the same problem occurs in both cases.

I am writing here using a translator, so I may not fully understand your responses. In my previous message, when I mentioned the earlier problems, I meant that I had resolved various issues based on the answers provided here in the forum. Now I am investigating this final issue.
In my country, there is no service center that knows every detail of this specific model. Therefore, I would be grateful for your help in solving this problem.**

OK your issues are not only your own but help others too. So following up is least to say for free advices you've received.
Now back to your picture. Check second transfer roller tension on side door.

On your first picture with the yellow coloured roller,( should be black) both ends must be spring-loaded. Since the roller is very yellow, you may have an issue with yellow drum or dev and it's contaminating the other drums. Laser glass cleaned?

The part you mentioned has been newly replaced, and it was that color when purchased. All the other parts are perfectly clean. This problem has existed since I bought the printer, and I still can’t find a solution.

That roller will be yellow when new. Take it out and make sure that there is a spring on each end. see pic

look at image on the transfer belt. it should be even and complete. if it is look at how the 2nd transfer roller is in its holder. inspect the brackets that secure the 2nd transfer roller.
